These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "Member") of the 54bt platform and its associated services. By accessing the 54bt website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any related balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 KYC Verification

54bt may verify a user's identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) when required. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national ID card or passport, proof of address, or other documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on 54bt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits made through any method not listed above will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may be delayed due to security checks or other circumstances.

3.3 Payment Responsibility

• Bank or mobile banking account details must be accurate at the time of withdrawal.
• 54bt will not be held responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information provided by the user.
• Withdrawal requests must be made in the name of the registered account holder — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

3.4 Fees & Charges

54bt generally does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider may apply its own fees, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 54bt receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Abuse Prohibited

• If abuse of the bonus system is found — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or any form of manipulation — the bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Promotional offers are granted on a personal basis and are non-transferable.
• 54bt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

54bt's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond. Users can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

54bt is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The slots, live casino, and card games on our platform are developed by recognised software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft, among others.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for personal gain.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward other players or staff.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment account.

If any of the above activities are proven, 54bt will immediately close the associated account, forfeit the balance, and take any necessary legal action.

54bt strives to maintain the highest service standards, but is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical maintenance, cyberattacks, or unforeseen circumstances.

10.2 Third-Party Services

54bt is not directly liable for failures by payment providers or game software providers. However, we will make every effort to provide support in the event of such issues.

10.3 Liability Cap

Under no circumstances will 54bt's total liability exceed the value of the transaction in question. 54bt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11.1 Filing a Complaint
